Accreditation: Apply Now

Applying for GFG Accreditation is straightforward.

First, we ask that you complete our Self Assessment form (in confidence). *Please Note* The link to this form is hosted on an external website provided by SeamlessDocs. Before submitting information through this form, please ensure you have read about this on our Privacy Policy here: https://www.goodfuneralguide.co.uk/privacy-policy/ , and consent to submitting any information before submitting the form.

We will then be in touch with you to discuss the next steps. Once we have read your completed form and carried out further investigations, and if we feel your company satisfies our requirements, we will need to come and meet you and any key staff, and visit all of your premises before completing the accreditation process. We will require access to all areas of your premises, including your mortuary facilities.
