When people bring the clothes to the funeral home that they want their dead person dressed in they rarely bring them in a nice little suitcase or smart receptacle, they mostly bring them in a crumpled carrier bag.

I think it says they are pragmatically focused on what matters: the clothes, not the bag; the core, not the trappings.

Thank god, no-one has yet invented the money-spinning, disempowering Special Bag for Carrying the Loved One’s Garments.
