We had no idea whatsoever what to expect, so came with completely open minds. The impression we both took away from the weekend was that of a gathering of people rich in spirit and humanity, who welcomed us in with friendship and humour to their fascinating world where they strive to make people’s final ceremonies the very best possible, often under difficult circumstances. We met some wonderful people, learnt a huge amount and enjoyed the whole event very much.
